I contacted Complete Asbestos Surveys as I needed a survey on the commercial shop I was buying, i had overlooked this but Andy came and did the survey on a weekend so it didn't hold up the exchange. We got the report back in 2 days which was brilliant. The survey located asbestos in different areas I never knew existed. Report allowed us to get the asbestos removal value knocked off the sale price which was a bonus. I would recommend these to anyone.

Contacted Andy at Complete Asbestos Surveys on 22/02/23 with photos of the loft of one of my rental properties suspected of asbestos. Andy responded immediately and commented that it did not look like asbestos but to be safe suggested a survey. Survey was carried out a week later. The report was very comprehensive but because it was only the loft area, many areas of the report were not applicable. My self and my wife are Severn month into selling our property (SOLD). Our stress level was was realy high with everything going on , I,E surveys, two building surveys one we did not know anything about Electric surveys, fire risk assesment.
