Darren from "Horizon Auto Glazing" came out to repair my car window after it had been broken into over the weekend. My insurance provider had stated it could not be done until a week later through "Auto-Glass" due to needing the glass to be ordered in but Darren was able to source the glass and come out for repairs within 24 hours of contacting him. He was extremely professional and empathetic to the situation and done an amazing job replacing the broken window, he had the whole thing done within 30 minutes or arriving and even took the time to help clean out the broken glass inside my car and on the road around my car. I could not recommend him enough, if you are looking for a professional window replacement done in a timely manner, this is definitely the company for you!

I noticed a tiny crack on the Friday which wasn't big enough for autoglass to repair through insurance. Sent an email through the website and got called back instantly. Darren attended within 30 minutes of sending him a photo of the chip. Great service, reliable and lovley guy! Would use again.

The sealant on my windscreen had come loose and was leaking. I had tried calling a few different places and no one seemed to offer removal and refitting of the existing windscreen. I can't recommend this service enough. If you ever need any glass repair don't bother with autoglass or any of the other big names. Came out to repair my side window after my car was broken into. Gave a quote, which was a lot lower than any other price if been given and came the next day. I had given the wrong details so he'd brought a different replacement window. Bu said he'd be able to get the one I needed, it was a 40 minute drive away from me, and it was cheaper, so he took £10 off the price. He didn't even charge for the extra time it took to go get the correct glass. Came back and worked in the pouring rain and in an hour it was all sorted.
