Can't recommend Ruth and her team highly enough. Friendly and helpful. When I contacted COVID 2 days before flying on holiday they arranged cancellation and rebooking with absolutely no fuss. Recently when deciding to change from Heathrow to Manchester airport for a holiday of a lifetime Ruth organised this with no problems for us. She negotiated with the company for us, in order that we didn't pay the extra that the company wanted to charge. Excellent.

I would highly recommend! The first holiday with my mum and would have happily booked our holiday to Portugal myself, but travelling with my mum, i wanted a bit more assurance incase something went wrong. They did everything even down to recommending a great airport taxi service, Edgerton Private Hire. I really appreciated the letter which had come thought the door while away, welcoming us home and included 2 Yorkshire tea bags. Great little detail.
