Such a rewarding first experience of coaching. Grateful for the insights it revealed and the confidence and vitality I felt following on from the session. Also grateful it encouraged me to return to regular running after a long hiatus literally later the same day! Suzanne was kind, perceptive and attuned, it was a revelation to feel so listened to. Highly recommended to all but in particular to anyone who works in health/social care.

Suzanne is superb. I've just finished my first coaching session and I feel energised and focussed. Suzanne has helped me to set some clear goals and reflected back so much valuable insight. I have the making of a great plan that will help to keep both me and my business on track. Looking forward to a follow up and embracing the changes.

Following a recommendation, I had an introductory coaching session with Suzanne a few months back. I didn't post a review at the time, as I was keen to see if there were any lasting effects so to speak. I will be honest, I was a little sceptical to start with. However, I am not ashamed to admit when I am wrong! In a relatively short amount of time, Suzanne was able to encourage me to reflect on aspects of both my personal and working life that I had previously chosen to ignore.
Following my session with Suzanne, it became abundantly clear that I was being driven by what I thought was expected of me, instead of what I wanted. Fast forward to now, and I am still holding on to that. I am not afraid to turn down opportunities. Not because I don't wish to progress, but because I want to progress on my own terms. My session with Suzanne re-instated the belief that for the most part, I am in control of what happens next.
If you're at a cross roads in life, or rapidly approaching one then get in touch with Suzanne! She certainly doesn't look to 'give' any answers (which can be frustrating) but she does facilitate you reaching your own conclusions.

Suzanne delivered some really interesting training, which allowed me to see my place in social work. Suzanne coaching session was great to rethink my phase of burnout. Suzanne shared a tool that I will be using weekly to assess my current goals. Suzanne offered some great advice that I will be taking forward into my career in social work.

Suzanne is a fantastic coach who shows wonderful empathy but also gets real results, fast. Her coaching style involves getting participants to think carefully about the positives and harnessing those to come up with practical actions. In other words, Suzanne will get results and can get you out of a rut quickly!

Suzanne really helped me to understand my reasoning and my “why values” behind my career. Despite not knowing much about my particular field she was well capable to suggest different methods to keep me focused on my task and extract the best version of myself, which I will always be grateful for. I couldn’t recommend Suzanne enough. Thank you!

I have been lucky to access some coaching training with Suzanne through work, and have recently undertaken a 1:1 session. I have loved every second of it. The sessions have made me challenge myself both personally and professionally. As a result, I have developed positive habits which have enhanced my emotional wellbeing.
The 1:1 session gave me the confidence to explore my goal and see that this is achievable; the only thing that was holding me back was me.
I would absolutely recommend working with Suzanne if you need a fresh approach to achieving a goal.

I came to Suzanne struggling with what to do next in my career. I had been in full time front line local authority social work for over five years, I knew I was ready for a change but I was finding it hard to see how to move forward. I booked one of Suzanne’s free introductory coaching sessions. I found this first session very useful, and then booked about 4 more sessions over the following year and a half. Suzanne helped me to think about what I have to offer and also what’s important in my life. I have now made some big changes in my life and work, and feel so much more energised, and focused about the future. I would recommend Suzanne to anyone who wants to make any changes, whether big or small. Suzanne always listened, and helped me to hone my thinking and to focus on what to do. Suzanne also challenged me where necessary. I found her to be energising, insightful, reflective, and a good listener. Working with Suzanne has definitely been worthwhile for me, I felt energised after sessions and this energy has lasted. Totally recommend.

I was intrigued about coaching, both for myself personally, and as a social work practitioner working with children and families. I recently took Suzanne up on her amazing offer of a free one hour session. This gave me a great insight into coaching and how this works. I felt empowered by the experience. I had not met Suzanne before and found her to be warm and friendly, and an excellent listener. She asked thought provoking questions and within a short space of time, I had a practical and positive plan of action for a specific issue I decided to focus on! I would recommend Suzanne highly, especially for those practising in social work. Due to Suzanne’s research and experience, she is an expert in her field.

I had my first (but not last) coaching session with the Coach Doctor, Suzanne, this week. It was thought provoking and made me challenge my thinking about myself and look deeper into why I had got a bit stuck in my career, despite having done lots of training. Suzanne brought clarification to my thinking and she helped me plan my next steps in a practical way. That's what I loved about the session, it moved with ease through professional aims to personal reflection and came out with a plan. This was all done in a really lovely way, it felt like I'd known Suzanne for ages within about 5 minutes because she was so personable. If you're at a cross roads or just want a 'confidential thinking partner' about where you're at and what comes next, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Suzanne!
