Frank Garrett is the owner of Duncan Construction. He doesn’t have a dozer (although apparently he can operate one but is not willing to) and they don’t do dirt work. Based in Stilwell, Oklahoma, they don’t advertise in Texas. Frank is an amiable fellow and always happy to chat on the phone with people from around the world.
